Right of Withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without having to provide any reason.
If you wish to exercise this right, you can do so in your customer account by selecting the order/product(s) you wish to return, which will automatically initiate the withdrawal from the purchase contract. Alternatively, you may use the form below.
Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date you received your order, without having to provide any reason.
After submitting your withdrawal request:
- you will receive a confirmation by email;
- you must return the products within a maximum of 14 days;
- the refund will be processed after the products have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
- unless otherwise stated, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise this right, complete the form alongside with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
How does it work?
1. Identify your order
Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
2. Submit your request
Click "Exercise Right of Withdrawal" to confirm your request.
3. Receive confirmation
We will send you a confirmation by email.
4. Return your order
You have 14 days to send the products back for return.
5. Receive your refund
Your refund will be processed within the legal timeframe using the original payment method.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned.
